Below is a guide on how to retrieve your username and reset your password for Sam's Club MADRID.
Login into Sam's Club MADRID and navigate to Support Ticket, Create New Ticket.
Create a dummy ticket (e.g., slow open). Note that you may be required to enter a location and description.
Go to your ticket tracker and open the ticket.
Within the ticket, your username will be listed.
Then sign out, and on the Sam's Club MADRID, select Forgot Password. On the next page, enter your newly retrieved username and set up a new password.
